Companies House Changes to Same Day Service

Companies House have planned to make some changes to the cut off time for Same Day Company Incorporations and Same Day Name changes.
Companies house are planning to change the cut off time for Same Day registrations for new incorporations and name changes from Thursday, 19 August. Currently the cut off time for the same day service is 11am; however, from Thursday, 19 August it will now be 3pm.
The standard formation fee starts at £29, however for a premium fee of £66; incorporation registrations for limited companies can be fast tracked via our online formation service and completed the same day. Name change registrations can be fast tracked via ourselves or webfiling for limited companies or LLP’s.
They must be submitted by 3pm to be processed on the same day.
Please note that any applications received after the 3pm cut off will not be processed until the next working day. If you want to guarantee a date in the future, please submit your application on that working day in advance of the cut off time.
Please also note that at this moment in time Companies House are not re-introducing a paper same day service.
