Re-Introduction of Same day registrations - Incorporation and Name Changes.
Companies House have now re-introduced the Same day registrations for incorporations and name changes as from today, Thursday 22 April 2021.
The cut off time for same day services is 11am. Therefore, providing we receive your application by 11am, or you have completed the online formation process by 11am, we will have your accepted company incorporated on the same day. The fees for the same day service for incorporation registrations for limited companies remains the same at a premium fee of £66.
