Offical Apostilled Documents Service
Apostilled documents are often required by non-UK residents who have set up a limited company in the UK. The Apostille verifies the authenticity of the seals and signatures of public officials who have legalised the documents. Once obtained, the Apostille can be attached to the relevant company document to state that it is authentic and so that it is recognised on another country (only members of the 1961 Hague Convention Treaty).

What does 'Apostille' mean?
An apositlle will certify that your offical documents are authentic. You will recieve acertificate to confirm your documents are genuine. This service is often used by non-UK residents when opening a business bank account outside of the UK or opening a new branch of your business overseas

How many documents can I have Apostilled?
You can have as many documents Apostilled as you like, there is no limit. Each different document will require a separate Apostille Certificate.
When do I receive my Apostilled documents?
Once payment is received, we will certify your documents and send them to the FCO for the Apostille Certificate to be attached.
You can choose to have your Apostilled documents sent straight to you from the FCO, or returned to us and we will forward them to you by Royal Mail Special Delivery or International Tracked and Signed service.

An Apostille cannot be used in the country in which a legalised document has been issued. It can only be used to certify documents abroad.
Apostilles cannot be issued in, or accepted by, any country that is not party to the Apostille Convention. We are unable to offer any assistance or advice in such cases. You should contact the relevant Embassy or a Consulate of the country in which you plan to use the document(s).

Where can I use my Apostilled documents?
Your Apostilled documents can be accepted by any one of the 118 countries that are party to the 1961 Hague Convention. We cannot advise on the acceptance of document in countries that are not party to the Convention.
Please note some Apostille documents will require additional stages in some member states, dependent on use.
