Where can you forward my mail?
Anywhere in the world. Let us know your chosen address (in the UK or abroad), and we’ll forward all your mail there. We can also forward your mail by scanning and emailing it if you prefer.
How will I know when my company receives mail?
We check all mail received daily, as soon as we receive mail addressed to your company we can email you to let you know. Then, depending on how you would like to receive your mail, we will scan and email it across and/or post it to the address of your choice.
What are your handling charges?
All mail forwarding of letters is included in the registered office and/or directors service address fee. Unlike many competitors there is no additional charges for the quantity of mail we forward to you. It is very clear we offer the best value.
We only charge for postage if parcels are received and you wish for these to be forwarded. Alternatively to avoid additional fees, you can collect any parcels from our offices.

What is official Government mail and where do you forward these?
The registered office (RO) is the official address, where offical Government mail is sent. This includes letters, reminders, and legal notices from Companies House, HMRC, the courts, Government Gateway Office of National Statistics, Intellectual Property Office, Department for Works & Pensions (DWP) and any other government body.
Our Birmingham B11 registered office service includes all mail posted and/or scanned and emailed to you, free of charge. Your mail will be forwarded to the address you provide us. If you change your address, please let us know your new forwarding address via email (info@ccsnationwide.co.uk).
Can I have more than one company use your registered office and mail forwarding service?
The annual fee for our Registered Office Address (includes mail forwarding) is £129.00 per year. This fee allows one Business to use this registered office address. If you wish to use this Birmingham address for more than one company, a registered office address will need to be purchased for each company.
What mail can I use the Registered Office service for?
Unlike many competitors, general business correspondence is included with this service. All mail (official government AND general) will be posted and/or scanned and emailed to you, free of charge.
What is the annual fee for the Registered Office service cost after the first year?
CCS Nationwide's Birmingham Registered Office service is an annual fee of £129.00 inc. VAT. You can cancel the service at any time.
How long will you keep my mail?
We will open all the mail as soon as we receive it, and forward this on to you.
If you fail to pay the renewal fee, but continue to use our address, we will hold your mail until this is paid. We usually keep all the mail for 6 months before shredding these securely.
